Request account deletion
Use this page if you have a SendIt customer, rider, or vendor profile tied to your phone number and you want us to delete your account. We send a verification code by SMS so only you can submit this request. Use the same mobile number you use to sign in to the SendIt app. If you need help, email [email protected].
Submitting a request does not delete data instantly. Our team processes verified requests and applies deletion or anonymisation where the law allows. Some records (for example tax or fraud prevention) may need to be kept for a limited time as described in our Privacy Policy.
You will receive a normal SendIt SMS verification code. Do not share it with anyone.
